Return

You have 14 days from the date you received your items to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, including being unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You'll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
  • To start the return process, please use self-service return to submit a return request or contact us at support@jessiezhao.com
    • To submit a self-service return request:
      1. Go to https://members.jessiezhao.com
      2. Use the email you used when placing your order, and click "Continue."
      3. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email.
      4. Select the order and items you wish to return.
      5. Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
      6. Click "Submit request."
  • If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • You'll receive a free prepaid return label for any orders within continental US.
  • Please note that we will not accept any items sent back to us without prior authorization and a return shipping label.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@jessiezhao.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
