Shipping

We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. on all orders. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. We also offer 2-day express shipping within the U.S. Please note that the 2-day shipping does not include order processing time.

Yes, we provide international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard U.S. ground shipping typically takes 2–7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns and Exchange

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Returns are free for U.S. orders over $90. For orders under $90, a $7.99 return fee applies. The return fee is waived for the order placed in the holiday season (from November 15 to January 15).

To submit a self-service return request:

1. Go to https://members.jessiezhao.com

2. Use the email you used when placing your order, and click "Continue".

3. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email.

4. Select the order and items you wish to return.

5. Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.

6. Click "submit request"

Yes, you can return the sale items except for the FINAL sales.
